
Outback Steakhouse’s Alice Springs Chicken
Ingredients:
- 1 jar of honey mustard dressing or use recipe below to make your own
- 4 skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika (if you want)
- 12 slices of bacon
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or 2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
Instructions:
- Combine honey mustard ingredients and pour half of the sauce into a bowl for later.
- Place chicken in a large Ziplock bag. Pour remaining marinade into the bag and toss to coat the chicken. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté mushrooms for 7-10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade, season with salt and pepper, and add to pan. Sear a few minutes on each side until golden brown. Chicken will finish cooking in the oven.
- Transfer chicken to an oven-safe casserole dish. Add some of the mushrooms and bacon on top of each piece. Sprinkle Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese evenly over each piece of chicken.
- Place in oven and cook at least 10 minutes or longer (if chicken is thick) until chicken is done and cheese is melted.
- Serve with remaining honey mustard sauce on the side. Enjoy!

Oh No You Don’t Hate Brussel Sprouts!
Ingredients
- 1 bag of Brussel sprouts-cut off ends and cut in half or thirds depending on size
- 4-6 cloves of garlic
- Medium red onion-slice ¼ or more depending on taste
- 1 package of bacon – cook and drain on paper towels
Instructions
- Sauté sprouts, garlic and onion in olive oil and butter
- Add kosher or sea salt and cracked pepper to taste
- Add cooked bacon
- Drizzle Alessi Balsamic Vinegar Reduction to taste and simmer until done.
- You can also mix all of the above ingredients and roast at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
