With November being the month of Thanksgiving, I want to focus this newsletter to express my gratitude. I am very grateful for the model of concierge medicine. It has given me renewed energy to continue to use the gifts that God has given me to minister to people’s medical needs.
I am grateful to all of you, my patients and my friends, who have chosen me to be able to continue to be your physician. It is an honor, and it is a relationship that I do not take lightly. I am grateful for my wife, Carol, and for the support she has given me and the sacrifices that she has made for me. Lastly, I am thankful for the members of the MACMED team, Kelly Dunn, Kelley Tartaro, and Roxy Browning. You all do a great job in making MACMED what it is.

We recently had our first combined open house of MACMED and Premier Image (Carol’s business). We had an amazing turnout as almost 100 of you took the time to join us on a beautiful late afternoon in October. I was able to tell those who attended, as I am telling you again now, what an honor it is to be your physician. I was humbled by the love I felt that night as many of you relayed to me how important it was for you to be able to have a trusted physician- patient relationship. I heard how much you appreciated the concierge model which allows you to have readily available access to us, your medical team.
Many of you will be coming up on the end of your first year of membership with MACMED. If you want to renew your membership without any changes, you need to do nothing… the membership will automatically renew on the same terms with the same payment method. If you would like to renew and change your payment method or terms, please contact Eric Williams with UltimateMD at 813-675-3148.
MACMED has grown to slightly over 300 members. I plan on closing membership when it reaches 400 members. Many of you have a spouse who has not joined who may want to look into joining now. You may also have friends that you know are looking for the specialized medical care that MACMED provides. If any of you are a referral source for a spouse or a friend who joins between now and January 1, 2026, you will be entitled to a free month of your membership.
In an effort to attract younger clients to MACMED, I have introduced 2 new tiers of membership. For those aged 5-24 the monthly membership fee is $40. For healthy young adults aged 25-45, the monthly fee is $75. For all others, the monthly fee remains $175 with no increase for the upcoming year!
I now have a website – www.macmedconcierge.com. Please take a look at it and give it to anyone who might be interested in finding out more about MACMED. Thank you again for helping make MACMED’s first year a success. We look forward to spending more time together in the future.
